I agree, this is simply an UNFAIR policy. In fact, the idea of getting a piece of work published is that you work with colleagues and experts to produce a quality publication. This should be reviewed for the 2013 process. Many thanks

I completely agree it is unfair to make changes to the guidelines without adequate notice, hopefully this concern will be addressed by ukfpo/isfp.

I can only found the old guidelines is it true for applicants for jobs in 2013 that we will need to be this first name on any peer reviewed publication for it to count?
