When do find out for certain if the SJT will go live for the FP 2013 round?

I know its 'probable' but when will we know for certain that the new SJT will take affect for 2013 candidates? Thanks

I would also like to know if it for certain whether the SJT will go live for FP2013?

Thank you for your enquiry. I can confirm that the SJT and EPM will be used for selection to FP2013.
