Question 5
Question 5 makes little sense if you are a F1, F2 or a Specialist trainee. Do you mean 'which medical school did you go to?' or 'Which Foundation/ Speciality School are you in?'.
In addition 5b and 5c are not relevant to Speciality trainees, or has it been forgotten that F1, F2 and Speciality trainees are qualified doctors and not medical students?

Thank you for your comments. For questions 5b and c if they are not applicable please select the n/a box. Unfortunately, the software did not allow for various questions to come up if you are a specialist trainee. Questions 5a-d will be reworded to reflect your comments.
